CODOK exists because too many good businesses are run by people who are excellent at the work and buried by the rest of it. Registration drags. Audits loom. Systems live in someone's head. Training slips to next quarter, again.

We've run the programs. We've sat the audits. We've built the rosters, the registers and the reporting that keep a regulated business standing. We've trained the teams that deliver the work, from cultural awareness to compliance. That's the difference between advising and operating, and it's the whole point of CODOK.

Employment

Sankofa's Path

An employment and development program ending in real placement. Built for at-risk and re-offending youth, and CALD, migrant and Indigenous young people. Practical work-readiness, taught properly, one to one or as a cohort, through a trusted partner network.

Wellbeing

Mind in Mind

A community-based, multicultural mental health program helping CALD and refugee communities move from surviving to thriving. Delivery can be youth-led and peer-led, strengthening cultural responsiveness at every step.

The name carries the idea at the heart of the program: holding the mindset shaped by home, culture and community while adjusting to another within Australian society. Mind in Mind honours both, and builds wellbeing from that strength.

Crafting Futures

Empowering the next generation of CALD and Indigenous community leaders through voice, identity and community connection. We shape each delivery with the partner organisation and the young people themselves.
